Three Guilder pieces are by several assays are found about 11 ounces fine & when new coyned weigh one wthwith another 1oz 0dwt 8gr & therefore are worth in standard silver money of England 5s 2d12 & Ducatons are worth 5s 5d1218. And Lewidors are there valued adt 3 Guilders 3 Styvers or 65s 05d1218. And a Lewidors are there bought & sold for about 9 Guilders & 9 or 10 Styvers, that is our money 16s. 4d121418. or for three Ducatoons that is in our money for about 16s 5d., or 16. 6. The price has varieds constantly but has continued at this about this rate in Holland for these last five or six years which whereas we value themthey pass in England at 17s, & at yethe rate that we value a guinea at 1li. 1s. 6d they are worth 17s. 0d12. By several assays I find that three Guilder pieces when new coyned are worth 5s 2d12 sta in standard silver money of England. Lewidors A Guilder is 20 styvers & Lewidors are bought & sold in Holland for 9 Guilders & 9 or 10 Styvers that is in English money for 16s. 5d, or 16s. 6d.or 16s. 6d. The price varies after constantly but has continued at about this rate in Holland for these last 5 or 6 years. In England at yethe rate that a Guinea is valued at 21s 6d a Lewidor is worth 15 16 17s 0d12 wchwhich is about 7d more then it is valued at in Holland. And therefore a G A Holland & German Ducat is or five Guilder pieces of Gold is there are in Holland valued at 5 Guilders & 6 or 7612 styvers that is in orour money at 8s 8d16 + 63456 = 9s. 2d34 By its weight & 2dwt 5gr & fineness 2122312 car.carats at yethe rate of 4li per ozounce of standard Gold it is worth 98s. 10d + 6. 16714 = 10. 514 wchwhich is Bu But in Holland the Ducats are something In France The Holland Ducats are something coarser then yethe German & Hungary but Ducats but pass there at the same value.
