                <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par2">May it please <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">p</hi></abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice> <space dim="vertical" unit="lines" extent="1"/></p>
                
                <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par3">In obedience to <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">ps</hi></abbr><expan>Lordships</expan></choice> Order I have considered what 
                    <lb xml:id="l2"/>may be requisite for lodging her <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Tin in the Mint &amp; 
                    <lb xml:id="l3"/>delivering it out at a certain price &amp; paying the money into 
                    <lb xml:id="l4"/>the Exchequer, and am humbly of opinion that it may be <lb xml:id="l5"/>performed by any one <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">or more</add> of the Officers of the Mint under <lb xml:id="l6"/>the Inspection <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">or Comptroll</add> of <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">any</add> other<add place="inline" indicator="no">s</add> <del type="strikethrough">two</del> <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">th</hi></abbr><expan>with</expan></choice> <del type="strikethrough">three or more of</del> their <lb xml:id="l7"/>Clerks to enter the Number &amp; Weight of the Blocks of
                    <lb xml:id="l8"/>Tin received &amp; delivered &amp; compute the price, &amp; a Ware<lb type="hyphenated" xml:id="l9"/>house-keeper &amp; one or more Porters as there shall be <lb xml:id="l10"/>occasion: and with the use of th<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">e</add> Cranes of the Office of <lb xml:id="l11"/>Ordnance &amp; <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">that</add> of the Master &amp; Workers Offices &amp; <del type="over"><unclear reason="del" cert="low">r</unclear></del><add place="over" indicator="no">R</add>ooms so <lb xml:id="l12"/>far <del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">a</add>s they <del type="strikethrough">are</del><add place="supralinear" indicator="no">may be</add> wanted &amp; <del type="strikethrough">can be</del> spared from <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> coynage <lb xml:id="l13"/>&amp; liberty of carrying the Tin between the Tower Wharf &amp; <lb xml:id="l14"/>the Mint over the draw Bridge, an Officer of the Customes <lb xml:id="l15"/><add place="supralinear lineBeginning" indicator="yes">being directed to</add> attend<del type="strikethrough">ing</del> the Ships<choice><orig/><reg> </reg></choice><add place="lineEnd" indicator="no"><del type="over">.</del><add place="over" indicator="no">t</add>here.</add></p>
                
                <p xml:id="par4">Some things are also to be provided as Scales &amp; Weights, 
                    <lb xml:id="l16"/>Sledges, Pulleys &amp; Stamps for numbering the Blocks. And it 
                    <lb xml:id="l17"/>may be convenient that their weight be stamped on them 
                    <lb xml:id="l18"/>either in Cornwall or at their <del type="cancelled"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del> receipt in the Tower</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par5">And since the Blocks are to be delivered out at 
                    <lb xml:id="l19"/>a certain <add place="inline" indicator="no">p</add>r<del type="over">at</del><add place="over" indicator="no">ic</add>e I am humbly of opinion that they 
                    <lb xml:id="l20"/>should be delivered as they come to hand without giving 
                    <lb xml:id="l21"/>leave to the Merchant to pick &amp; chuse &amp; without <lb xml:id="l22"/>trusting for the money (setting aside only <del type="strikethrough">such</del><add place="supralinear" indicator="no">unlawful</add> Blocks <del type="strikethrough">as <lb xml:id="l23"/>may <add place="supralinear" indicator="no"><del type="cancelled">possibly</del></add> happen to be unlawfull</del><add place="supralinear interlinear" indicator="no"><choice><sic>if</sic><corr type="delText"/></choice><choice><orig> </orig><reg/></choice><lb xml:id="l24"/><add place="lineBeginning" indicator="no">to be examined &amp;</add> <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">remelted if</add> any shall occurr</add>) &amp; that the money received <lb xml:id="l25"/>for them be paid into the Exchequer as often as it arises <lb xml:id="l26"/>to a certain summ to be named by <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">p</hi></abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice> &amp; accounted <lb xml:id="l27"/>for annually.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par6">Also a skilfull Pewterer who understands the sorts, <lb xml:id="l28"/>qualities, goodness, mixtures, adulterations, refining <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes"><del type="strikethrough"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="3"/>ing</del></add> &amp; merchandiz<supplied reason="foxed">es</supplied> <lb xml:id="l29"/>of Tin <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">&amp; a C<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">a</add>shier</add> may be allowed if at any time desired.</p>
