                <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par2">May it please <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> Lordship <space dim="vertical" unit="lines" extent="1"/></p>
                
                <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par3">In obedience to <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">ps</hi></abbr><expan>Lordships</expan></choice> Order I have considered what may 
                    <lb xml:id="l2"/>be requisite for lodging her <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Tin in the Mint &amp; deliver<lb type="hyphenated" xml:id="l3"/>ing it <del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">o</add>ut at a certain price &amp; paying the money into the <choice><abbr>Excheq<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>Exchequer</expan></choice> 
                    <lb xml:id="l4"/>and am humbly of opinion that it may be performed by any one <add place="lineEnd" indicator="no">or <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">more</add></add> <lb xml:id="l5"/>of the Officers of the Mint under the Inspection of <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">any</add> other<add place="inline" indicator="no">s</add><choice><orig> </orig><reg/></choice><del type="strikethrough">two</del>, <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">th</hi></abbr><expan>with</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l6"/><del type="strikethrough">three or more of</del> their Clerks to enter the Number &amp; weight of the <lb xml:id="l7"/>Blocks of Tin received &amp; delivered &amp; compute the price, &amp; a <lb xml:id="l8"/>Warehouse-keeper &amp; one or more Porters as there shall be occasion <lb xml:id="l9"/>and with the use of the Cranes of the Office of Ordnance, &amp; that of <lb xml:id="l10"/>the Master &amp; Workers Offices &amp; Rooms so far as they <del type="over">c</del><add place="over" indicator="no">m</add>a<del type="over">n</del><add place="over" indicator="no">y</add> be wanted <lb xml:id="l11"/>&amp; spared from the coynage, &amp; liberty of carrying the Tin between <lb xml:id="l12"/>Tower Wharf &amp; the Mint over the draw-Bridge, an Officer of the 
                    <lb xml:id="l13"/>Customes being directed to attend the ships<del type="strikethrough">.</del> there.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par4">Some things are also to be provided as Scales &amp; Weights, Sledges 
                    <lb xml:id="l14"/>Pulleys &amp; Stamps for numbering the Blocks. And it maybe conve<lb type="hyphenated" xml:id="l15"/>nient that their weight be stamped on them either in Cornwall 
                    <lb xml:id="l16"/>or at their Receipt in the Tower.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par5">And since the Blocks are to be delivered out at a certain 
                    <lb xml:id="l17"/>price I am humbly o<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">f</add> opinion that they should be delivered 
                    <lb xml:id="l18"/>as they come to hand without giving leave to the Merchant 
                    <lb xml:id="l19"/>to pick &amp; chuse &amp; without trusting for the money (setting <lb xml:id="l20"/>aside only such Blocks as may happen to be unlawfull) &amp; <lb xml:id="l21"/>that the money received for them be paid into the Exchequer <lb xml:id="l22"/>as often as it arise<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">s</add> to a certain summ to be named by <choice><abbr>yo<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>your</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l23"/><choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">p</hi></abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice>, &amp; accounted for annually.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par6">Also a skilfull Pewterer who understands the sorts, qualities, <lb xml:id="l24"/>goodness, mixtures, adulterations, refining &amp; merchandize of Tinn <lb xml:id="l25"/>may be allowed if at any time desired.</p>
                
                <p rend="indent20" xml:id="par7">All which is most humbly submitted to</p>
