That this ExamtExaminant living near to Jno Sparry & Selling ale the SdSaid Ino Sparry came to this ExamtsExaminants house and desiring this Depon.tDeponent to walk with him to one Hartleys house, being near Wetley Moore which was about MichasMichalmas was 12 months and this DepontDeponent accordingly went with yethe SdSaid Jn.o Sparry toward the SdSaid Hartleys house, and the SdSaid Sparry desired this DepontDeponent to Stay near the Said Hartleys House till he returned thence, but yethe SdSaid Sparry Staying longer then he proposed this ExamtExaminant went to the SdSaid Hartleys house where he found the Said Sparry wthwith one man called Hartley, and a woman which he called Margt Lees and upon this ExamtsExaminants appearance those ꝑsonspersons Seemed to hide Some things from his view wchwhich the Said Ino Sparry reply'd you need not Scruple at this ExamtExaminant presence for ytthat this examtexaminant he knew to be a friend and after ytthat he Saw yethe SdSaid woman and man waswash boyle and finish Severall pieces into 5 Shillings pieces and $\frac{1}{2}$ Crownes Some of which were brass and which they make look like Silver many of which pieces were perfect brass but after ytthat hartley and Margt Lees, had washed and boyld & finisht the Same they looked like perfect good Crownes and half Crownes and at yethe Same time this ExamtExaminant Saw Jno Sparry give unto yethe SdSaid Hartley 40.s of good money as this DepontDeponent thought and the SdSaid Margt Lees delivered to the SdSaid Ins Sparry 3.££ of ytthat money made at that time the Same was all Charles and JeamesJames's coyn
