<p xml:id="par2">In obedience to your <choice><abbr>L<hi rend="overline">ord</hi><hi rend="superscript">ps</hi></abbr><expan>Lordships</expan></choice> Order of Reference of 25<hi rend="superscript">th</hi> <lb xml:id="l2"/>Iune <add place="marginLeft" indicator="yes" hand="#unknownCataloguer">[1724]</add> concerning a new double Silver Seale made by M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> <choice><orig>I</orig><reg>J</reg></choice>ames <lb xml:id="l3"/>Girard for his <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Bahama Island in America, We have <lb xml:id="l4"/>perused his <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">ti</hi>es</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Warrant for making the same &amp; also <lb xml:id="l5"/>the certificate of the delivery pursuant thereto, &amp; find <lb xml:id="l6"/>that it was made according to the directions of the Said <lb xml:id="l7"/>Warrant and sent to the Governour of the <choice><abbr>s<hi rend="superscript">d</hi></abbr><expan>said</expan></choice> Island And <lb xml:id="l8"/>by an impression taken from it before it was sent and <lb xml:id="l9"/>kept in the Mint, we find that the work was very good. <lb xml:id="l10"/>It was weighed in the Mint before it was sent, and there <lb xml:id="l11"/>found of the weight expressed in M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Gerards Bill, <lb xml:id="l12"/>and the price of the silver and work is reasonable in <lb xml:id="l13"/>proportion to the prices heretofore allowed for scales <lb xml:id="l14"/>of the like sizes.</p>
