297 Who being duly examin'd saith That abotabout six weeks or two Months ago he was in company wthwith one IJohn Fenton Kistell in WestmrWestminster and yethe sdsaid Kysstell asked this ExamtExaminant if there was any good thinsg stirring Meaning counterfeit money as this ExamtExaminant doth believe and this ExamtExaminant change out of it and this ExamtExaminant told one Cecilia Labree his daughter in Law of the passage wthwith the sdsaid Kistell concerning the counterfeit half Crown as aforesdsaid and the sdsaid Cecilia Labree gave to this ExamtExaminant abotabout 3 weeks ago four half Crownes and Ten Shillings in counterfeit money and desired this ExamtExaminant to sell the same to the sdsaid Kistell for ten shill:shillings and upon the 1st day of this Instant Month of IJanuary this ExamtExaminant sold the sdsaid counterfeit money to Kistell aforesdsaid for 12d and reced.received ten Shillings in part of paymt.payment thereof and this ExamtExaminant further saith that he knowes one Mrs Biggs now in custody and that he hath seen her frequently in company wthwith the sdsaid Mrs Labree and that they used to lye to gether last Summer Samll Tibbs Capt IJan 11 anno 16991700 coram Is Newton
