We humbly take leave to represent to yor.your LordspLordship that the House in yethe Mint belonging to yethe SurveyrSurveyor of the Meltings is so decayed that it cannot be repair'd

That the money allow'd by Act of parliamt.parliament for repaires & buildings in yethe Mint is not sufficient to keep all yethe Houses in yethe Mint in good repairs, that of which are very old & to build new ones

That yor.your LordspLordship being impower'd by an Act of Parliamt.Parliament Anno 1705 to dispose of 500Li: a year for salaries & other services of yethe Mint out of which yor.your Lordsp:Lordship has been pleased to allow 400L: to yethe Monyrsers for theire maintainance. We humbly pray YorYour LordspLordship will be please to grant Vs an order for yethe remaining 100£ a year for two years to comencecommence from XmasChristmas last past to enable Vs to build a new House for yethe SurveyrSurveyor of yethe melting
