                <p rend="indent5" xml:id="par2">May it Please your Lordships.</p>
                
                <p rend="indent10" xml:id="par3">In Obedience to your Lordships Order of Reference of the 17 of the last <lb xml:id="l1"/>Month upon the Bills hereunto Month upon the Bills hereunto annexed of of M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. <choice><orig>I</orig><reg>J</reg></choice>ohn Roos His <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ts</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majestys</expan></choice> late Engraver of <lb xml:id="l2"/>Publick seals, Wee humbly Report to your Lordships, that Wee have considered &amp; Examined <lb xml:id="l3"/>the same, and do find by the Perusal of the several Warrants He has Produced to us That <lb xml:id="l4"/>His Majesty has directed the making of the several seals in the said Bills men<choice><orig>ī</orig><reg>ti</reg></choice>oned, and by <lb xml:id="l5"/>several certificates and Receipts it appears that they were delivered to the Respective <lb xml:id="l6"/>the Weight Expressed in the Bills.</p>
                
                <p rend="indent10" xml:id="par4">We further humbly certifye to your Lordships that Wee have Examined the <lb xml:id="l7"/>Prices and Rates of the said seal and find them to be the same with those allowed to the <lb xml:id="l8"/>said M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Roos for the like seal Engraved in Her late Majestys Reign, and with those paid <lb xml:id="l9"/>both to his Predecessor M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Harris and to M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. East Ingraver to His Majesty King <choice><orig>I</orig><reg>J</reg></choice>ames. <lb xml:id="l10"/>And as it appears to us upon Examining the Impressions of the said seals, and upon <lb xml:id="l11"/>comparing them with the former that the Worke now performed by M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Roos is good, Wee <lb xml:id="l12"/>are humbly of opinion He may deserve the Prices sett down in his Bill.</p>
