                <p rend="indent10" xml:id="par3"><hi rend="larger">I</hi>n obedience to your Lordships direction to lay a State be<lb type="hyphenated" xml:id="l2"/>fore your <choice><abbr><hi rend="overline">L</hi>o<hi rend="superscript">p</hi>.</abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice> of the several parcells of Tin that are now under Mortgage, <lb xml:id="l3"/>the persons to whome, the places where, for what Terms, and upon what <lb xml:id="l4"/>Conditions, <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">th</hi></abbr><expan>with</expan></choice> the Charge of keeping the said Tin: We humbly represent <lb xml:id="l5"/>to your <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">p</hi>.</abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice> that upon a Loan of 100<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi></hi>. made Iuly the 1<hi rend="superscript">st</hi>. 1710; 1600 <lb xml:id="l6"/>Tunns of Tin were mortgaged to M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Moses Berenger and sent into Holland <lb xml:id="l7"/>at her <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Charge, That upon a Loan of 10<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi></hi>. 1<hi rend="superscript">st</hi>. Iuly 1710. 160 Tunns of <lb xml:id="l8"/>Tinn were mortgaged to <choice><abbr>S<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>.</abbr><expan>Sir</expan></choice> Theodore Ianssen and remain still in <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> Mint <lb xml:id="l9"/>under the key of the Storekeeper, That upon a Loan first of 40<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi></hi>. 1<hi rend="superscript">st</hi>. of September <lb xml:id="l10"/>1710. and then of 20<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi></hi>. more 4<hi rend="superscript">th</hi>. October. following, 960 Tuns of Tinn <lb xml:id="l11"/>Were Mortgaged to <choice><abbr>S<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>.</abbr><expan>Sir</expan></choice> <choice><orig>I</orig><reg>J</reg></choice>ohn Lambert, M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Edward Gibbon, and M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Francis <lb xml:id="l12"/>Stratford and sent to Hamburgh at her <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Charge.</p>
                
                <p rend="indent5" xml:id="par4">That these several summs were Lent at <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> Interest of 6 per cent &amp; that <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l13"/>Charges of Warehouse room Commission or reward in Holland and at Hamburgh <lb xml:id="l14"/>are paid out of this Interest without any further Charge to her <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ty</hi></abbr><expan>Majesty</expan></choice>.</p>
                
                <p rend="indent10" xml:id="par5"><hi rend="bold">That</hi> M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Berenger is to be paid 30<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi>'</hi>. at Christmas next <lb xml:id="l15"/>30<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript">L</hi>. more at Lady day next and 40<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi></hi>. more at Midsummer next. <choice><abbr>S<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>Sir</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l16"/>Theodore Ianssen is to be paid his 10<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi></hi>. at Christmas next, and <choice><abbr>S<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>.</abbr><expan>Sir</expan></choice> <choice><orig>I</orig><reg>J</reg></choice>ohn <lb xml:id="l17"/>Lambert and partners 40<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi></hi>. at Christmas 1712. and 20<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi></hi>. at Christmas <lb xml:id="l18"/>1713. and upon these payments the said parties are to return to her Majesty the <lb xml:id="l19"/>said Tin mortgaged in proportion to the su<choice><orig>m̄</orig><reg>mm</reg></choice>es paid to them, <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">t</hi></abbr><expan>that</expan></choice> is for every <lb xml:id="l20"/>10<choice><orig/><reg>'</reg></choice>000<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="overline">li</hi></hi>. the quantity of 160 Tunns of Tinn, and in default of payment the <lb xml:id="l21"/>said several partyes are allowed to sell and dispose of her <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Tinn at the <lb xml:id="l22"/>best Market price that can be gotten in such proportions as shall be sufficient <lb xml:id="l23"/>to make good the repayment of the Principall and Interest, they <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>s<hi rend="superscript">d</hi>.</abbr><expan>said</expan></choice> severall <lb xml:id="l24"/>parties being answerable to her <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ty</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesty</expan></choice> for the overplus; But we do not find <lb xml:id="l25"/>that they have yet begun to sell any of the <choice><abbr>s<hi rend="superscript">d</hi>.</abbr><expan>said</expan></choice> Tinn. <space dim="vertical" unit="lines" extent="1"/></p>
