Hauving lately receiuved Information of some forfeituures that belonged to Clippers & Coiners, and now in the posessionpossession of diuvers persons. tTo wit.

In the hands of Simon Rolfe of Lyn-Regis Esqr. A Considerable quantitÿy of Clippings Clipt & Counterfeit mony Melted Siluver, Tools & materials & other personal Estate taken upon Edwa. Pamphilion (conuvicted) & other clippers & Coyners trÿyed at the last Assizes for the Couunty of Norfolk.

In the hands of Ipsseph Host Esqr. Iuustice of peace in yethe sd.said Couunty A Considerable quantity of Clippings, Clipt & Couunterfeit & Good monÿy Melted Siluver, Tools & Materials +r. taken upon persons tryed at the Said Assize.. for Clipping & Coyning.

In the hands of the sheriffe or Vnder-sheriff of Yorkshire a personal Estate by him Seized that belonged to Clippers & Coiners Conuvicted & tryed at the Assize there, (reported to be) of Considerable valluue.

It is humbly desired that ÿyour LordspsLordships will be pleased to grant youur Warrants for the sd.said Rolfe, Host, & Sheriffe to deliver & paÿy over the things abouve Mentioned uunto me or mÿ deputÿy puursuuant to his Mats.Majestys LetersLetters of Privy-Seal, As I obseruve ÿyouur LordspsLordships hauue done upon the like occasion in the time of my Predecessor, perticulerly the 2d of Iuly last & former times when any disputes hauve bin, as there now is, in this Case, with Sherriffs & others Clayming Right thereuunto. whome to sue for the Same would prouve very Chargeable, As apears in a Process that hath Comenced 4 years since And still is depending against Two of the London Sherriffs.
