1. That counterfeit silver monies be still cut by the Kings Receivers ā Collectors & also by the Officers & Tellers of the Bank & by all Goldsmiths & or others who deliver out circulating Bills of credit & by their Tellers, & that they be obliged to return back no money as badcounterfeit wthwithout cutting it. That all gold monies too light by above grains in the half guinea grains in the Guinea grains in the two Guinea piece & grains in the five pound piece as often as tendered to any of the aforesdaforesaid Officers be by them stampt wthwith a round Ocypher on both sides & thence forward be current only by weight at the rate of 3£ 16s 9d wthwith an abatement of 2d pr grain at the value ofaccording to their standard value that is the pound weight Troy for 44

guineas the pound weight, or the single pieces wthwith an abatement of 2 after yethe radte of 2d pr grain for so much graold as shall be wanting in each piece. And that all such light gold monies coming the to the Exchequer or Bank be sent thence to yethe Mint to be recoyned. No No Receiver Collector or Banker to refute them by Tale wthwithout marking them 21 That all Gold & Silver monies clipt washt filed worn or otherwise unlawfully unlawfully diminisged above a certain limitor so as to be lightned so as to be too light by be not cut but stampt on both sides by the afforesaid Officers Receivers Collectors Receivers Receivers Tellers & Goldsmiths with a cypher or round O by the Kings Receivers & Collectors & by yethe Officers & & tellers of yethe Bank & by all present (Goldsmiths an offices) who delivered out circulating Bills of credits & their Tellers & thence forward be allowed to p no longer current by tale but be current by weight given according to the stand value vizt the Gold after the rate of 44

No Collector Receiver or Teller aforesaid to refuse them by Tale as too light without marking them upon pain of. All money so markt which shall be paid into the ExcheqrExchequer or into the Bank shall be sent thence to yethe Mint to be recoyned. 2. That all counterfeit silver monies whether markt or not markt be still cut by the Kings Receivrs & Collectors as the law already directs & also & by the Bankers & their Tellers aforesaid & ( as the law directs & that they be obliged to return back no money as counterfeit without cutting it upon pain of. And that all other perso3ns That may cut suchall silver monies aswchwhich they suspect to be counterfeit as they are already impowered by law. Tat yethe Act against coyning tools wchwhich expires at yethe end of the next session of ParliamtParliament be continued either without or wthwith some amendments for 7 years.
