<p>Followed by draft regulations that no repairs be done to Mint buildings for the sake of letting them, that workmen who send in bills for such repairs be dismissed, and 'That the Gunner of the Tower do order the Guns in such a manner that upon firing they may do the least harm to the windows of the Mint'.</p>
