    <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par1"><hi rend="large">These</hi> are to signifie unto you his <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="underline"><hi rend="superscript">ties</hi></hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Pleasure <lb xml:id="l1"/>that the Royall Armes to be impressed on their <lb xml:id="l2"/><choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Coine or Mony as well Silver as Gold are to <lb xml:id="l3"/>be Marshalled as is depicted in the Margent. <lb xml:id="l4"/>Given under my hands the 13<hi rend="superscript">th</hi>. day of Iune 1689 <lb xml:id="l5"/>in the first year of the Reigne of Our Sovereigne <lb xml:id="l6"/>Lord and Lady King William and Queen Mary. <space dim="vertical" unit="lines" extent="1"/></p>

    <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par4"><hi rend="large">These</hi> are to signifie to your their <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="underline"><hi rend="superscript">ties</hi></hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Royall <lb xml:id="l9"/>Pleasure that the impressions to be used on the <lb xml:id="l10"/>Silver Coines, viz<hi rend="superscript">t</hi>. the five shillings piece, the two <lb xml:id="l11"/>Shillings and six pence, the shilling piece and the <lb xml:id="l12"/>Six pence Piece are to be as Depicted in the Margent <lb xml:id="l13"/>hereof, Of which you and the Officers of their <choice><abbr>Ma<hi rend="underline"><hi rend="superscript">ties</hi></hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l14"/>Mint for the time being from time to time are <lb xml:id="l15"/>to take notice of and conform to, And for so <lb xml:id="l16"/>doing this shall be your Warrant, Given under <lb xml:id="l17"/>my hand and the Seal of my Office of Earl <lb xml:id="l18"/>Marshall the 12<hi rend="superscript">th</hi>. day of September 1691. in the <lb xml:id="l19"/>third year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord and <lb xml:id="l20"/>Lady William and Mary by the Grace of God of <lb xml:id="l21"/>England, Scotland, France, and Ireland King and Queen <lb xml:id="l22"/>Defenders of the Faith &amp;<hi rend="superscript">c</hi>.</p>
