In obedience to yoryour LordpsLordships order signified to us by Mr Lound's's his Letter of yethe 27th of InstantIanuary namely We humbly represent that we should lay before yoryour Lordp what are the quantities of Tinn in the Tower in Cornwall & Devonshire in Holland & at Hamburgh & weigh it may be sold send yoryour LpLordship an AcctAccount of the whole quantity of Tyn wchwhich her MtyMajesty hath paid for that now remains unsold as well in orour Custody in the Tower as in the hands of the Agents for Tyn in Cornwal & Devon & at Hamburgh Holland or elswhere with as neare an estimate as we can of yethe value thereof or for, We humbly reprensent that in the Tower there are 1919Tunns 6Ccwt 2qrs 9℔ wchwhich at 23li 16s per Ccwt (the selling price at present,) amounts to 145869li. 0. 1. In the hands of the Agents in Cornwall are 85035CcwtTun 3Ccwt. 3qrs. 11℔ wchwhich at 3li. 15s per Ccwt (the selling price there) amounts to 835. 2. 3. 625639li. 8s. 37d. In Devonshire there were 34Tuns. 18Ccwt. 1qr. 23Tunn℔ wchwhich at 4li per Ccwt the selling price present selling price amounts to 123200li. And in the hands of SrSir IJohn Lambert & Captain Gibon at Hamburgh there are 960 Tunns wchwhich if it can be sold at the same rate will amoutnt unto 76800li. The Total amounts unto of the Tin quantity 411126li. 15s. 5d of the Tinn is 5289Tunns 28Ccwt 3qrs 15℔ And the total price thereof, according to the rates above mentioned, is 4111267li 12s. d10d.
