Most humbly sheweth

That upon AdvertisemtAdvertisement in yethe Gazet for sending Proposals to serve Copper for yethe Coinage, He deliver'd in his proposals to serve at yethe rate of 17d12 ꝑper L.pound yet another person was permitted to sent to yethe Tower 30 tons at 18d ꝑper Lpound.

That upon fresh application to yethe Treasury, a Minute was made yethe he shodshould serve all yethe rest of yethe Copper that shodshould be wanting to compleat yethe Coinage, after yethe 30 tons. That when yethe 30 tons was sent into yethe Tower, he put in a Memoriall, humbly praying yryour LordpsLordships wodwould be pleas'd to give orders pursuant to yethe Minute. That Wednesday was fortnight his Memoriall was read, & Minute made ytthat it shodshould be consider'd wnwhen SrSir Isaac Newton's Report was read wchwhich was yesterday. But Mr Kelsey having ytthat Memoriall in his hands did not think fit to lay it before yryour LordpsLordships.
