That upon bringing home the Wreck, yethe five first Officers of yethe Mint were by Commission sent down yethe river to order matters relating to yethe silver & that they are now ready to serve her MajtyMajesty in yethe same manner if there be occasion. And that the Mint is furnished wthwith conveniences for the first melting without [approving any new Officers or any further charge or trouble then the allowance of a certain rate per pound weight for the melting & the charge of making up the sweep. Whereas to create a new office for this purpose would prove much more chargeblable & troublesome & more liable to mistakes by imploying unexperienced people as in the time of yethe recoynage.] erecting a new Office for that purpose wchwhich has beenwas lately found very chargeable & troublesome.
