    <p xml:id="par3">In obedience to your <choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">ps</hi></abbr><expan>Lordships</expan></choice> Order of Reference of May the 5<hi rend="superscript">t</hi> 
        <lb xml:id="l2"/>upon the Memorial of the <choice><abbr>R<hi rend="superscript">t</hi></abbr><expan>Right</expan></choice> <choice><abbr>Hon<hi rend="superscript">ble</hi></abbr><expan>Honourable</expan></choice> the Earl of Darby for 
        <lb xml:id="l3"/>coyning three or four hundred pounds worth of copper money for <lb xml:id="l4"/>the Isle of Mann <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">th</hi></abbr><expan>with</expan></choice> the arms of that Island on <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> Reverse 
        <lb xml:id="l5"/>we have considered the same &amp; are humbly of opi<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">n</add>ion that his 
        <lb xml:id="l6"/><choice><abbr>Lord<hi rend="superscript">p</hi></abbr><expan>Lordship</expan></choice> may have the said summ of her <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">ties</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> copper m<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">o</add>ney <lb xml:id="l7"/>coyned <choice><abbr>w<hi rend="superscript">th</hi></abbr><expan>with</expan></choice> the proposed Reverse instead of a Britannia <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">for the convenience of that Island</add>, &amp; that <lb xml:id="l8"/>the coynage of such money will be ch<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/>p</del><add place="over" indicator="no">ea</add>pest at the next coynage <lb xml:id="l9"/>of copper money for England. But if the necessities of that <lb xml:id="l10"/>Island require a speedier coynage of such money, the Master <lb xml:id="l11"/>&amp; Worker is <del type="cancelled"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del> willing to coin a Tunn or two, cutting a <lb xml:id="l12"/>pound weight into one &amp; twenty pence with a remedy of a <lb xml:id="l13"/>half penny or payment of extraordinary charges.</p>
