<p>Expenses and salaries due to the officers of the country mints have all been paid, leaving the London Mint officers depleted. They ask permission to submit accounts for the country mints en bloc, without annual division, 'by reason they are so entangled one year with another, y<hi rend="superscript">t</hi> it is not possible to distinguish them'.</p>

    <p xml:id="par3"><hi rend="larger">That</hi> at the setting-up of <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> 5 Country Mints <lb xml:id="l3"/>Wee appointed such officers &amp; Clerks as were thought necessary <lb xml:id="l4"/>for <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> carrying-on <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> Coynage of those places.</p>
