    <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par3">&gt;<hi rend="largest">M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Richard Morgan</hi> sent down by her Majesties order for <lb xml:id="l5"/>instr<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>cting the Clerks of the Mint at Edinboro<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>gh in rateing standarding <lb xml:id="l6"/>and book keeping after the method and practice of her Majesties Mint in <lb xml:id="l7"/>the tower of London. Being called and lykewayes her Majesties Clerk and <lb xml:id="l8"/>the other Clerks belonging to the Mint.</p>
    
    <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par4"><hi rend="large">M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Morgan</hi> acq<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>ainted the Generall and the other officers That <lb xml:id="l9"/>p<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>rs<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>ant to her Majesties said order, he had f<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">u</add>lly instr<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>cted all the <lb xml:id="l10"/>Clerks of the Mint in every thing relateing to book keeping rateing <lb xml:id="l11"/>standarding and doing the bussiness of the Mint inc<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>mbent <choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>pon them And <lb xml:id="l12"/>desired the might have their allowance to ret<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>rne to London, the time <lb xml:id="l13"/>mentioned in his warrand of his abode here being lykwise elapsed.</p>
    
    <p xml:id="par5"><hi rend="large">The Q<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>eens</hi> Clerk with the other Clerks of the Mint being <lb xml:id="l14"/>present, declared that they were s<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>fficiently instr<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>cted by M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Morgan <lb xml:id="l15"/>so as that witho<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>t any assistance further, from him, They were capable <lb xml:id="l16"/>of doing every thing in their bussiness that the service of the Mint <lb xml:id="l17"/>do's req<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>ire</p>
    
    <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par6"><hi rend="large">W</hi>hereupon it was agreed by the Generall and office<choice><orig><hi rend="superscript">rs</hi>.</orig><reg>rs</reg></choice> that the said Master <lb xml:id="l18"/>Richard Morgan should have allowance to ret<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">u</hi></orig><reg>u</reg></choice>rn to London, he haveing <lb xml:id="l19"/>behaved himself as it became a sober and diligent man <space dim="vertical" unit="lines" extent="2"/></p>
