1 The MrMaster to make 4 sorts of Gold monies 22 carats fine 4444 Guineas in yethe pound & to receive 6s 6d for every pound wtweight of Gold monies & pay 3s per lwtpound weight to yethe Moniers, (11, 12, 13) & be allowed a remedy of of a CarotCarat (14)
2 The MrMaster to make 8 sorts of silver monies 62s in yethe lwtpound weight 11 ozounces 2dwt. fine & to receive 16d ob per lwtpound weight & pay 8d per lwtpound weight to yethe moniers (165, 16, 19, 20) & be allowed a remedy of 2dwt (22).
3 The monies to be made by the standard Trial pieces & pwhere those pieces are kept, & for what use. 17, 18

The warden & Comptroller & their Deputy or Deputies to oversee the making of yethe monies
5 The MrMaster to receive all bullion neare to standard according to yethe value by weight & fineness & Or Tickets testifying the weight & finenes thereof & within a convenient time to pay back coyn & pay back yethe same by weight of equal value .(23 43) & if he & yethe importer differ about the value the kings Assaymrmaster shall try yethe same before yethe Warden MrMaster & Comptroller & yethe MrMaster be bought thereby. 8 The Warden Comptroller & Kings Clerk & Clerk of yethe Papers to keep shall enter in Leger books all Bullion imported wthwith yethe wtweight & fineness & importers name & day of Importation 24
And the Bullion imported shall be kept by yethe Warden MrMaster & Comptroller till it be admitted to be coyned. 25
TAnd yethe Warden Comptroller & Kings Clerk shall keep books of melting declaring the weight & fineness of yethe Ingotts & their allay put into every Pot with yethe Pot assays; wchwhich books shall be subscribed monthly by yethe Warden MrMaster & Comptroller. 26
And the Assaymrmaster shall keep a book of all Bullion imported expressing the weight & fineness of yethe Ingots & the Pott assays. 27
And the Surveyor of yethe meltings shall keep a book of yethe weight of all bullion molten wthwith yethe Assllay put into it. 31

– do & shall receive by weight all Bullion of Gold as well their Majts own Bullion of gold & silver as the Bullion of any other person or persons what soever repairing to the Mint with any Bullion of Gold or Silver aforesaid – do & shall receive by weight all bullion of Gold & Silver neare to standard &wchhich shall be brought brought to yethe Mint to be coyned into yethe monies above mentioned whether it be their MajtsMajestys Bullion or the Bullion of any other person or persons whatsoever & whether it be better then standard or worse then standard. p And the same being assay, he And he shall cause yethe same to be assayed & weighed & shall deliver to yethe parties so bringing in yethe same Bullion Bills testifying the weight & fineness thereof. And [he shall compute the quantityweight of fine standard silver of the same value wthwith the Bullion received silver conteined therein & shall reduce the same to standard or sterling silver without &] wthwith convenient speed he shall coyne athe same into the moneyies above mentioned & then pay b deliver the same standardagain by the same weight of those mo to the persons his MajtyMajesty or to the other party or parties or their Attorneys who deliver back to him the sameaforesaid Balls, wchwhich weight of moneys delivered shall contein so much fine silver as was conteined in yethe Bullion imported.
