it is by his majestys Commands I give you this trouble the Commons have addressed to his MatyMajesty to reduce Guyneas from one & twenty shillings & six to twenty one shillings & in proportion other Gold Coyn: there was a pclam.proclamation in King Charles the seconds time to raise the value of all gold Coyn as you will perceive by the inclosed it is his matysmajestys desire ytthat wenow you will be pleased to make the reduction of yethe other Coyns mentioned in the paper as they weare to bear a pportionproportion to Guineas & ytthat you will be pleased to send it to my house in Essex Street this night or to morrow morning for his MatyMajesty hath appointed a Council to sitt to morrow to receive the pclamationproclamation I am with the greatest respect
