The names are grouped under 'E[arl of] Oxford' and 'L[or]d Bolingbroke', and might refer to the disputes between Henry St John, 1st Viscount Bolingbroke (1678-1751) and Robert Harley (1661-1724; from 23 May 1711 Earl of Oxford and Earl Mortimer).
