To <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi></abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l2"/>Commissioners of our Treasury now being and to the <choice><abbr>Tre<hi rend="overline">a</hi>rer</abbr><expan>Treasurer</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l3"/>and Vnder-Treasurer of our Exchequer or <choice><abbr>Co<hi rend="overline">m</hi><hi rend="superscript">rs</hi></abbr><expan>Commissioners</expan></choice> of our Treasury <lb xml:id="l4"/>for the time being. <hi rend="large">Greeting. Whereas</hi> wee were pleased <lb xml:id="l5"/>in our Privie Councill the Nineteenth day of October last for <lb xml:id="l6"/>the Benefitt of the Trade of this Kindgom, and our of favour <lb xml:id="l7"/>and Grace to our People to order that Allowances shall be <lb xml:id="l8"/>made for defraying the Charges of our Mint out of our own <lb xml:id="l9"/>Revenue in the same manner and as fully as it was <choice><orig>ꝑ</orig><reg>pro</reg></choice>vided <lb xml:id="l10"/>for before the expiration of the late Arts of Parliament <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">t</hi>.</abbr><expan>that</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l11"/>provided for that charge. <hi rend="large">Wee</hi> have thought fitt for the <lb xml:id="l12"/>execution of our Royall intentions in the aforesaid order to <lb xml:id="l13"/>yssue these our Letters of privy seale hereby authorizing <lb xml:id="l14"/>and impowering you out of <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">my</add> our Treasury from time to time <lb xml:id="l15"/>being and remaineing in the Receipt of our Exchequer not <lb xml:id="l16"/>appropriated to particular uses by act of <choice><abbr>Parliam<hi rend="superscript">t</hi>:</abbr><expan>Parliament</expan></choice>  to yssue <lb xml:id="l17"/>and pay ot cause to be yssued and paid unto our Trusty and wel<lb type="hyphenated" xml:id="l18"/>beloved <choice><abbr>S<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>Sir</expan></choice> <choice><orig>I</orig><reg>J</reg></choice>ohn Buckworth <choice><abbr>Kn<hi rend="superscript">t</hi>:</abbr><expan>Knight</expan></choice> Charles Duncomb and <choice><orig>I</orig><reg>J</reg></choice>ames <lb xml:id="l19"/>Hoare Esq<hi rend="superscript">rs</hi>. the present <choice><abbr>Co<hi rend="overline">m</hi><hi rend="superscript">rs</hi>.</abbr><expan>Commissioners</expan></choice> fo<del type="over"><gap reason="illgblDel" unit="chars" extent="1"/></del><add place="over" indicator="no">r</add> executing the office of Master <lb xml:id="l20"/>and Worker of our Monies with in the Mint or to our <choice><abbr><hi rend="overline">Com</hi><hi rend="superscript">rs</hi></abbr><expan>Commissioners</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l21"/>for executing that office for the time being or to their <lb xml:id="l22"/>Assignes such sume <del type="strikethrough">and</del><add place="supralinear" indicator="no">or</add> sumes of money from time to <lb xml:id="l23"/>time as you shall finde necessary for the service of our Mint <lb xml:id="l24"/>to defray the Charges thereof in the same manner and as <lb xml:id="l25"/>fully as it was provided for by the said Acts of Parliament <lb xml:id="l26"/>before the Expiration thereof. The said sume and sumes of <lb xml:id="l27"/>money to be yssued to them by my Imprest and upon <lb xml:id="l28"/>accompt for the said service, And these our Letters

    <p xml:id="par3">Order of K. C. 2 <lb xml:id="l32"/>to issue mony out <lb xml:id="l33"/>of the Treasury to <lb xml:id="l34"/>carry on the coinage <lb xml:id="l35"/>when the act for <lb xml:id="l36"/>the coinage duty was <lb xml:id="l37"/>expired.</p>
