    <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par1"><hi rend="large">After</hi> Our hearty Commendations: These <lb xml:id="l1"/>are to Authorise and Require you, or either of <lb xml:id="l2"/>you to whom it appertaines, to deliver to <lb xml:id="l3"/>Thomas Anderson the present Provost of the <lb xml:id="l4"/>monyers the Keys of the Office of Engineer <lb xml:id="l5"/>of the Mint in the Tower of London, and <lb xml:id="l6"/>to putt into his possession all the Tooles and <lb xml:id="l7"/>engines remaining there For rounding <lb xml:id="l8"/>and marking of the monies or any others, <lb xml:id="l9"/>(now in your or any of your Custody) which <lb xml:id="l10"/>do belong to the said Office and the <lb xml:id="l11"/>performing of the services relating thereso, <lb xml:id="l12"/>and for so doing this shall be your Warrant <lb xml:id="l13"/>Whitehall Treasury Chambers Nov. <choice><abbr>y<hi rend="superscript">e</hi>.</abbr><expan>the</expan></choice> 3<hi rend="superscript">d</hi>. <lb xml:id="l14"/>1690.</p>
